How we did it


Wisconsin Metal Parts, Inc. (WMPI) wanted to expand their services to include welding and sheet metal fabrication. They invested in a new building and equipment including two fiber lasers and a 300-ton electric press brake. This presented two challenges: one, finding new customers to keep these fiber lasers at capacity and two, recruiting and hiring the skilled labor needed to run this state-of-the-art equipment.


WMPI selected MMC based on their track record in developing and implementing effective digital & employment marketing strategies for job shops. Phase 1 updated the website and created an ongoing lead generation program. Phase 2 implemented an employment marketing strategy to recruit and hire new employees.


WMPI was recognized (July 2017) by the Milwaukee Business Journal as one of the areas fastest growing firms for having significant growth over the previous three years.The employment marketing campaign expanded WMPI’s team from 70 to 125 employees in the last 12 months in a very tight labor market.
