Since graduating from Marquette University's school of business in 1983, Steve Condit has spent the majority of his career working with custom manufacturers and distributors to accelerate their top-line revenue.

He has had a unique and successful background in both sales management and marketing. In sales management, he has been responsible for leading the sales efforts of smaller $3-million-dollar companies to larger $150-million-dollar divisions of Fortune 500 companies. He has been recognized, rewarded and promoted for generating impressive business results throughout his career.

In marketing, his experience began with print directories but now focuses on digital marketing channels such as websites, AI, search engine marketing, blogs, email and social media. Using sophisticated sales and marketing automation software, Steve studies metrics to determine what tactics work best in driving his clients' sales revenue.

Steve is the president and founder of Marketing Metrics Corp., a full-service industrial digital marketing firm which is celebrating its 20th year in business. Clients include some of the fastest-growing custom manufacturers and distributors in the United States. They look to Steve to help them with the efficient and effective execution of their sales and marketing strategies to substantially increase sales and profits.

Kathy Hennessy joins Marketing Metrics Corp with 30 years of award-winning experience in marketing for the manufacturing sector, she brings a wealth of industry expertise and a passion for delivering results.

Kathy's journey began in 1994 in her family's printing business before she joined Thomas Publishing in 1996, where she quickly made her mark—selling directory ads to the industrial community in Connecticut. Her exceptional performance earned her numerous accolades, including Rookie of the Year, Meteor of the Year, The President's Club, and the prestigious Platinum Award.

Since then, she has been laser-focused on B2B and manufacturing marketing, helping businesses grow and thrive.

Based north of Pittsburgh, Kathy and her husband enjoy traveling, riding their Harley, and spending time with their four adult children and four dogs.

Jesper Pallesen

Digital Marketing Director

Jesper has worked with SEO and web development since 2017, helping businesses grow their online visibility across multiple markets and languages. He has led strategies in 13 languages and across multiple markets, achieving more than 80% organic traffic growth year over year. His strength lies in the technical side of SEO, where he combines data-driven insights with AI optimization to prepare websites for both today’s search engines and the next generation of AI-driven search.

With a background as a professional ice hockey player in Denmark and Germany, Jesper brings the same discipline and focus from sports into digital marketing. He covers the full scope of SEO, from technical audits and content strategy to building domain networks that strengthen SERP equity.

Beyond SEO, Jesper has guided companies through large-scale website projects, including migrations and full rebuilds, always with an eye on conversion and long-term sustainability. His approach is about creating solutions that don’t just deliver a spike in traffic but continue to bring in business well into the future.
